Latter rain is not a Revival

15 July 2006

The latter rain is not a revival what is it?

New day, new season, God is making all things new, new seasons begin with new word. If you receive the new word and allow it to work in you then you are brought into a realm of experience, a new dimension with God. God puts a principle of corruption in yesterday’s manna so you need a fresh manna daily. Eccl. 3:1 ‘… to everything there is a season and a time’

Divine order is absent where there is darkness. In Gen.1:1-2 the Spirit of God was moving yet there was disorder in the earth. It takes the Spirit of God and the Word of God to bring order and change. God’s answer to disorder is man. He created you and extended himself in you so you could bring change the earth.

The earth is become a wilderness, the seed is nonproductive to the purposes of God because of sin. God does not want to deliver you from the wilderness; he wants you to change it. IS 43:18. God gave you the authority, like Adam to name the beast and whatever you named it so shall it be. Your wilderness will reflect what you name it (fruits of the lips).

The latter rain is not revival, God is after restoration. Out of your belly shall flow rivers of living waters, the word of God says. Songs of Solomon 4:11 – milk and honey- their work spoken. Deut. 32:1-2 speaks of doctrine, God’s speech – the rain from your mouth waters the ground. Job 29:21 – his words as latter rain. The wilderness is about to change.
